Summary: Our large extended family with many children thoroughly enjoyed this property. The home actually had all of the items needed for a large group; lots of towels, large pots and pans for cooking, two refrigerators, outdoor toys and beach supplies, etc. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Excellent place to stay for those with a large group.

Summary: House and grounds were clean and attractive. One minor issue was a foul fish smell in one of the refrigerators but the owner took care of it immediately. Just one note: the inside closet door knob in the primary closet was parted for the door. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: Great property right on the beach with comfortable furnishings and rooms. We rented both sides and it is well laid out for 8 couples to spend weekend with plenty of showers and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. Everyone commented on how great the house was for our weekend, no issues with anything other than we wish the propane fireplaces worked (although understand why they have been turned off).

Summary: It was perfect for our family - large enough to spread out and plenty of room to all be together also. Great beach supplies. The owners were so helpful with immediate communication and "hands-on" help! The beach is just down the steps which is super private. (The only warning is the no-see-um bugs - must have been their season - not the owners fault at all (even the exterminators said there is nothing to get rid of them) - just a warning to be prepared with some Skin So Soft - about the only thing we found to repel them.) We would definitely go back!
